Sunday School meets at 8:30 a.m. on Sundays from the first Sunday after Labor Day in September through the Sunday before Memorial Day weekend in May, before the 10:00 service. It's for kids from age 3 (potty trained) through 8th grade, and it's free.

Children come to Sunday School at St. Peter's from Gibbon, Winthrop, Fairfax and the farms in between. Classes are grouped by age and taught by volunteers from the congregation. Kids learn Bible stories, songs and prayers, and they sing in church during the year. On Christmas Eve, the Sunday School children lead the afternoon service.
St. Peter's has taught children the faith since it opened its school in the 1800s. Any family is welcome, whether or not you belong to the church.
